We received almost 30 reports about the wrong tolerances when matching the main rotor hub toghether with the main rotor hub upper.
If you face this problem please contact your distributor, he will substitute your defective part.
This non conformity does not have any effect on flight quality. Ther is no danger of breaks.

We made static resistance tests on the component that could present this problem. It's been stood: no problems found.
We are taking the dinamic tests now. We heard that there has been another brake in the US, but we cannot say if it depends on the crash or viceversa.
What we know is that the flight was taken at almost 0 degrees (centigrades). We will test it also at that temperature.

8001800A Tail Pitch Control Fork (page S008 of the related manual).
There has been one reported case from the USA: by a customer from Florida.
The Control Fork in question breaks when you join it to the Links (8101800A - pag. S008 of the manual).
We are making some quality controls on this code during the production and we have not encountered any problem yet.
We have also noticed some considerations, highlighted in the same topic, concerning the signals that we have received. They assume that the problem can be imputed to the insertion of the code "Tail Pitch Control Slide Bushing" inside the code in question.
We think this could be possible and compatible with the problem. We are making some checks and, if it will be necessary, we will reinforce the critical point.
Thus we suggest to be careful in screwing the Tail Pitch Control Slide Bushing inside the Tail Pitch Control Fork and, above all, in complying with the perpendicularity.
We also confirm that, since October until today, more than 5000 units have been installed and that the statistics and the reports, which are being analyzed by our R&D dept., are now enough reliable to improve increasingly the quality of ElyQ products.
