UPGRADE KIT FOR THE VISION 50 ULTIMATE
During the Vision 50 Competition introductory campaign ElyQ made a special offer for their customers owning a Vision 50 Ultimate. They could choose between either an extra discount upon the purchase of a V50c or a free upgrade kit to the V02.10 for their V50u. This was at their choice and they would have had to fill out a special rebate form and give/send it to one of our dealers.
We are aware that, despite the upgrade kits were available in stock at ElyQ within the expected time of 8 weeks from the end of our promotion, several customers suffered long delays on delivery or never received the requested parts at all. This was due to the fact that distributors found receiving and sending both the forms and kits was very time consuming.
We understand that this kind of procedure turned out to be way too complex and may have led to misunderstandings thus exposing our distributors to unwanted and undue problems. ElyQ recognize its own full responsibility on this issue and apologize to all their distributors and customers.
In order to overcome this unpleasant and troublesome situation, starting tomorrow, ElyQ will ship the promotion upgrade kits directly to their customers who applied for it. They may send an e-mail message at info@elyq.com in order to confirm their address.
Furthermore, all those customers who applied for a free upgrade kit, but never received it due to ElyQ responsibilities, will also receive the following parts, at no additional costs:

n. 1 EQ0451-XT Extended Hardened Main Shaft
As reported on the original special rebate form, the kit will contain:
n.1 New Tail Rotor Hub
n.1 New Drive Gear Pinion 11T
n.1 New Plastic Ball Link set
n.1 Clutch Bell liner spacer (and liner)
PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTION AND AVAILABILITY
Products are usually available in stock at ElyQ within 10-15 days after they have been announced. Sometimes availability of our products to customers can be longer, this is due to the fact that our distribution network in not so widely extended as of yet. Also distributors often wait for a longer period of time so that they can place a larger order to save on the shipping costs. ElyQ has recently been looking into their sales policy and is studying further solutions for the future.
The only two products that suffered a considerable delay, not due to the above mentioned issues, are the Torque Tube conversion kit for V50c (EQ30050) and the Vision 50e Competition(electric) . These products have been delayed due to the following reasons:
- The TT Kit did not pass the severe functional tests and needed some modifications to the production tools, which delayed delivery time;
- The V50e passed all preliminary tests and has been ready for final tests for quite some time now, but ElyQ has decided to delay its production to focus on the completion of the nitro range of models. The electric models will follow immediately after and will benefit from all the experience gained from the nitro models.
To improve product availability in the USA, ElyQ has recently started a warehouse and a logistic service that will ensure better distribution of products, spare parts and accessories throughout the US territory. We expect to be ready and operating in about 15-20 days.
